Terms of use
The agreement between you and James Bailey, trading as three30 for using three30. Signing in means accepting these terms. They are written in plain English on purpose. If something here is unclear, ask rather than assume.

What this is
three30 helps Australian primary teachers write the hard things: parent emails, report comments, restorative conversations, wellbeing activities. You fill in a form, and a draft is generated for you to edit.
It produces drafts, not finished work. Every draft needs reading and editing before it goes anywhere. You remain the author and remain professionally responsible for anything you send.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 18 and working in, or training for, education in Australia. If your employer restricts the software you may use for school communications, complying with that is on you.
Your account
Sign-in is by emailed link, so there is no password to protect, instead, keep control of your email account. Do not share access. If you think someone else has got into your account, email [TO CONFIRM: a mailbox that can receive mail].
How you may use it
What you type is sent to Anthropic to generate a draft, so:
- Use first names or initials only for students. Never full names, home addresses, dates of birth, medical or diagnostic information, or details of a child’s family circumstances.
- Do not use it as a record-keeping system for child protection, incident reporting, or anything your school requires to be documented formally.
- Do not use it to produce anything abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or unlawful.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service.
three30is not a child-safety tool and does not report anything to anyone. If a child may be at risk, your mandatory reporting obligations and your school’s child-safety procedures apply exactly as they always have. Speak to your leadership or wellbeing team. Do not use this instead.
Who owns what
You own what you write and what you do with the drafts you generate. No ownership over your drafts is claimed, and they are not used to train any AI model.
three30 itself (the software, the wording, the teaching frameworks behind it) stays the property of James Bailey.
What drafts are worth
Drafts are generated by an AI model. It can be wrong, it can miss the point, and it can write something that reads well but does not reflect what actually happened. It has no knowledge of the child beyond what you typed.
Read every draft properly before you use it. Your professional judgement is the thing that makes it usable, and nothing here replaces it.
Availability
There is no uptime guarantee. The service may be unavailable, may change, and may be discontinued. Drafts live only in your browser, so copy anything you need to keep somewhere permanent. An outage, a cleared browser or a new device will lose them.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where the Australian Consumer Law applies and permits liability to be limited, liability is limited to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, James Bailey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of three30, including anything that follows from sending a draft you did not check.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. Signing out clears your drafts and profile from your device; email [TO CONFIRM: a mailbox that can receive mail] to delete your account entirely.
Access may be suspended or ended if these terms are being broken, particularly the rules about student information. Where circumstances allow, you will be told why.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top will change, and material changes will be notified before they take effect. Continuing to use three30 means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of that jurisdiction have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
